Bench L’Élégance

“Trois Histoires de Retour” is a set of benches made from the wood
made from the wood of the Hôtel de Breteuil,
acquired by the Archives nationales in 1862.
Following a project to renovate the building’s attic space, the Archives nationales asked Atelier Musset to restore these timbers to their original position as furniture.

Light and discreet, blending into the crowd
and seeking a little more to blend in with the rest, while retaining an element of legitimacy
and dissociation.
